		<description>I'm wondering where you got this information... They definitely do need a dormant period.  They may last for a few years without one if you do everything else right, but eventually they'll go into a forced dormancy which they may survive but probably won't.  I'd advise reading other sources before jumping right in to what this video has to say.</description>
